The building with relatively compact volume impresses with its creative design strategy with two mirrored maisonette pairs, which combines efficient use of space with generous and high-grade floor plans.

The symmetrical building is placed on the plot in the golden ratio on the plot with green surroundings and is extended towards the south by a balcony level, which is drawn into the lawn at garden level as seating areas. On the garden floor, the bedrooms of the two maisonettes are slightly pushed into the terrain, creating a private living level, which is accessible via a staircase within the apartment.

Above this is an open living level with an adjoining sunroom and an apartment-wide balcony area with direct access to the garden seating area. Bathrooms, toilets and storage rooms are arranged in a space-saving manner around the central staircase core, via which the apartment is accessed. Above is an inverse maisonette pair with private chambers in the attic, which are connected to a private roof terrace.

The building is completely enclosed in a white-washed, textile-looking clinker. This is juxtaposed with a copper-brown contrasted language of metalwork and offset pergolas which embeds the building in the landscaping of flowing amorphous hedges.
