The powder blue structure, which was developed in collaboration with a plaster expert, is striking for its calm layering of equal floors.

The horizontal floor structure is accentuated by surrounding woven picket railings attached to the slab ends, which end in pulpit-like, rounded balconies at the corners of the building, thus giving the structure a design tension.

This gives each of the three spacious apartments, which are arranged around a central stair core on each floor, a unique balcony situation with individual views. The floor plan is captivating in its ability to open up generous family spaces and a winter garden to the course of the daylight to all residential units, while the smaller, more functional program is connected to the core.

On the garden level, planar garden seating areas are connected to the winter gardens at the corners of the building, where they create a fluid spatial relationship between the gently sloping terrain and the interior spaces.
