The building is located on the edge of a residential area, directly on a stream lined with trees. The structure is embedded in the terrain by breaking up the overall volume into four basic parts and steps down towards the Greifensee.

The design was based on the goal of providing all residential units with lake views and high-quality outdoor space references to the nearby surroundings. Each apartment was assigned a roof terrace or a combination of cantilevered bay and introverted loggia. The resulting structure is unified over a consistent rendered facade, resulting in a subtle appearance through a lightly nuanced color palette.

The anodized aluminum windows accentuate the volumetric play of placement from within. The four-span rooms are covered with carefully selected oak parquet flooring, which lends the otherwise restrained, white formulated space with seamless fixtures a focused and noble atmosphere in the effect.
