The building is carefully placed in the center of the plot to achieve balanced orientation and volume definition.

The building is surrounded by greenery on all sides, which is bordered by a hedge and supplemented by selective planting. This creates pleasant garden spaces and privacy where it is desired. The underground car park entrance is on Dohlenweg, while access to the house is centrally from Grünhaldenstrasse. Despite the slightly sloping terrain, this arrangement enables ground-level access and offers space for bicycle parking. The architectural character of the building is characterized by an offset given by the terrain. This jump manifests itself from the base area with ceramic tiles to the stepped roof area as a design element that highlights the main entrance as a central motif. The windows are harmoniously placed one above the other, while winter gardens arranged on all sides give the building a natural presence. The facade is decorated with a fine needle roller plaster in a subtle gray-violet color, which gives the building a timeless aesthetic.

The roof is covered all around with Eternit shingles, creating a clear and uniform surface. Metalwork, particularly in the railings and the horizontal fall protection of the bay windows, gives the facade additional sophistication and structure. There are three spacious apartments for urban living on the garden floor. The floor plan is organized along a central hallway that leads to an expansive cooking, dining and living area, with garden seating creating a seamless transition into the surrounding landscape.
