The narrow, squat structure with a depth of only nine meters nestles between the small buildings typical of the neighborhood with its calm and clear appearance.

The building draws its poetics from the fine ceiling tiles accentuated by Sicilian travertine and purposefully placed balconies, which lend the building a tranquility and elegance in its overall appearance. The sophistication of the facade image is underlined by a light gray plinth level, which breathes a lightness into the entire volume. Bronze picket railings placed behind the facade level give the house a filigree grain, as it is prefigured in the historical blinds of surrounding buildings.

The composition is complemented by thin frame windows in a subtle bronze tone. Inside, the building impresses with a diversified apartment ratio through a combination of a studio unit, a 2½-room apartment, and a 3½-room apartment formed across a corner. By foregoing circulation spaces within the apartments, qualitative, independent floor plans are efficiently achieved, with functional elements structured around the stair core, exposing open living spaces with reference to the facade. In the attic, two independent units surrounded by terraces are realized with integral private roof terrace areas above.

The building draws its poetics from the fine ceiling tiles accentuated by Sicilian travertine and purposefully placed balconies, which lend a sense of calm and elegance to the overall appearance of the structure.
