The clearly orthogonal, slightly rectangular building with a tapered gable roof is placed centrally on the property and is framed by a surrounding green space, which is divided into garden rooms by airy hedges.

The entrance impresses with a playful forecourt made of cement-bound gravel, which invites you to linger with seating and a seesaw. Access to the house is clearly from the middle of the slope, while the covered garage access is organized via the north-eastern corner along the north edge. At the bottom we find a garden apartment, which is organized using circulation areas along the central core and can offer a lot of supplementary programs in the depth of the building, such as bathrooms, dressing rooms, as well as a utility room and a cellar attached to the apartment. The bedrooms facing the garden and the flowing common rooms with cooking, dining and an attached office allow the boundaries between inside and outside to merge. A garden seating area the width of the facade can be accessed directly from there via two large sliding glass doors. Above this are two full floors, each of which offers two identical south-facing three-and-a-half room apartments with a classic corridor typology and an open living room. The other half of the building offers a maisonette configuration over two floors, which stretches from the garden to the view and whose more private rooms are on the lower floor, so that the flowing lounges culminate on the upper balcony.

A spacious maisonette apartment is being created on the two attic floors, which is organized around a central core, so that all rooms are on the facade. The bedrooms and bathrooms divide the access into a private rear zone and an open living room with a balcony that invites you to look out over the lake. The bedrooms, designed as bay windows like on the regular floors, offer a panoramic view of the garden and the roofs of the neighborhood. Above this is a characteristic geometric attic space with a home cinema and a gallery that invites you into the distance through a large round window. The classic house type is stoically wrapped in an old pink vertical grooved plaster, which is smoothed out around the windows to carefully frame them. The bronze metal strips of the tapered gable roof are taken up again in the materialization of the windows, railings and the ceiling fronts of the balconies to complete the overall composition, which gives the building a calm, physical appearance that locates it in the district.
